Tuning: Due to seasonal changes in humidity it is recommended that your piano is tuned, if possible, twice yearly. This will ensure your piano stays in good working order.
Regulation: Regulating your piano ensures your instrument is performing optimally. This involves adjustments so that every part of your piano works together accurately. Regulation is needed when keys feel uneven or dynamics become difficult to control.
Voicing: This adjustment concerns notes that do not sound as they should in relation to the rest of the piano. They may be too bright or too mellow. Voicing requires the piano be tuned and regulated before the procedure can be done.
Minor repairs: Minor repairs may include fixing broken keys or hammers, replacing strings, and other issues that can be addressed in one visit.
Major repairs: Major repairs may include restringing the piano; replacing tuning pins, casters, hammers or dampers; and other issues that require more than one visit.
